Despite initially feeling odd and possibly a little bit surreal we have on the whole embraced it to allow us to connect with work colleagues, friends or family.<\/p>\n<p>It has become a tried and tested method of accessing counselling for many and allowed therapeutic relationships to either continue or to develop where face to face sessions have not been possible.<\/p>\n<p>Tree of Life continue to offer online counselling.
